I tried this, got scammed by the seller myself and the code was not working :/.
I made an dispute on paypal and tried to make one at g2a aswell but got this answer:
"Hello!
Thank you for contacting G2A Support.
As far as we see you have created a Paypal dispute for this order and on our site it has been held. Please, In this case, await for the proceedings at PayPal dispute as it has higher importance. Once claim is filled order is put on hold and key is inaccessible. Please wait for a reply of our specialists in that claim.

They can clearly notice that a dispute was opened in some way.
