Does anyone have any good tips on finding dumped databases that have already been leaked?

Pastebin is probably your best friend. Search up for keywords such as "email combo", "combo", "@gmail.com:" and you will be able to find hundreds of these public combos. There's a tool I believe called EZLeecher which actually does this so you may look into that.
