[hide]Type in the windows search function "regedit" and then open the reg-editor.
After that go to this path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System.
Doubleclick on  ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin and change the value from 5 to 1
Now if you want to start a program with admin rights it asks for you password instead of the yes and no pop-up window.
When you dont want it anymore do the same steps but change the value back to 5
If you dont trust me you can first use that method on virtual machine :)[/hide]
