3) Have your food ​

4) Wait 10 minutes ​

5) Go to your Zomato app or gmail account and tell them :​

" My food came late. And I couldn't enjoy it because it wasn't hot and the packaging was very bad. I hope I can could have my money back or get a new one which is perfect "​

6) Wait for 15 minutes and a reply will come telling that they have refunded the money​
