Netflix cracked accounts

Hello people, someone can explain how to use netflix cracked accxounts???

All that i try to use says invalid and other people says working!!! 

I copy mail and insert on loggin netflix username page ant then the respetive pass but no hit, no luck!

Someone explain to the n00b?
