EDIT AFTER REVIEW OF IT: 

first of all why you need -f command ? it just fingerprints the server second for """non-injectables""" you can use a tamper for example command: --tamper=between
and there are many depending on the technology used by the website you are targeting and LoL all db's are private from the time that the are not public available
the non-injectables or the hard injectables just use some type of WAF that in the most times it can be bypassed with manual sql injection or by using tampers or --hex command 
just play with the --help of sqlmap and you will see that it is really powerful
