Additional Information: So I was buying a database cloud service from him to download dbs. I sent him the money and he said I would get a key to my email. I sent the money as of now it has 60+ confirmations and still have not received my product. He said its my fault after I gave him all the proof

You could have sent few more cents to get transaction confirmed instantly, like I did few seconds ago. So yea, maybe it is your fault :)

Anyway, you will get your key when Selly confirms your transaction. I can show proof of people getting their keys if you think I am scamming anyone.
 
Your using selly therefore its your problem if it does not work. I added a higher fee last night when I originally sent it and it wasnt going through. IT IS CONFIRMED Look it up on the block chain instead of telling me garbage
 
Few things to add.

That transaction hash doesn't exist.
You'll have to contact selly to solve this. If it isn't marked as confirmed, then seller won't receive funds.
So stop trying to be a cunt and contact selly to solve this.

That is not correct. The one that has problems with Selly has to contact Selly's support. I don't have problem with Selly since I am getting customers and customers are paying via Selly with no problems at all.

I actually dont feel conformable with his service after he said he wants to kill me and so on... ontop of the fact that he would be able to dox me if i go on his website So i would like a refund
