1. Make a brand new Xbox account with an email you have access to
2. Go to your epic games account and link it to your new Xbox account
3. Login to the account on your Xbox and add either a PayPal/Credit Card method
4. Purchase a v-buck package
5. Go back to the epic games site and unlink your Xbox account
6. Go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us and click Billing (make sure you're logged into the same Xbox account as you made the payment on).
7. Click "no thanks" on the Virtual Agent then click "Other" on the PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES tab.
8. Click live chat and type this:
I really do apologise for this, but my son has made anunauthorised purchase and I can't afford to lose this amount of money. He got ahold of my account and purchased a package on the game "Fortnite", he is only 9 years old. I was wondering if a refund would be possible?
9. Play along with everything they say, it's simple from here they will just run you through the refund process.
10. Once they have told you the refund was successful, you can remove your payment method from the Xbox account and repeat step 1 with a brand new account
